OXD has been whitelisted on SpookySwap and with it we have a new governance proposal for everyone
Prop-011 asks whether 100,000 DAO BOO should be staked in xBOO then subsequently staked in 0xDAO to farm OXD. This OXD would be kept in the DAO for future voting use.
The short vote time is enforced with a strict 1.5m Vote Quorum requirement
The snapshot for voting was taken PRE LAUNCH of 0xDAO so all BOO should be accounted for even if you moved it to 0xDAO already.
